A permanent range of ballotins, truffle boxes, bar sleeves, window boxes, trays and rigid gift boxes in food-safe board, held in stock and dispatched within two days in quantities from fifty. They can be left plain, foil blocked, printed with a simple design or wrapped in a printed sleeve, which is how most new workshops present themselves properly without committing to bespoke tooling before they know what sells.
Fully bespoke boxes printed digitally from two hundred and fifty units or litho for larger runs, with foiling, embossing, spot varnish, soft-touch and uncoated finishes, in structures designed for your product rather than adapted from a catalogue. Artwork is checked before printing, colours are proofed on the actual board, and every file is archived so a reorder in two years matches the first run exactly.
Cavity inserts cut and formed to your exact pieces in card, moulded pulp, coated board or clear material, plus corrugated dividers for larger assortments and trays for bars and tablets. Prototypes are sent for filling before tooling is cut, and we keep the tooling so a repeat order needs no development. Inserts can be designed to present the assortment in a specific order for a printed guide.
Bar wrappers in foil-backed paper and metallised films, flow-wrap reels for automated lines, twist wrap for individual pieces, printed tissue, greaseproof sheets, and label stock that survives refrigeration without curling at the corners. Barrier properties are stated for each and matched to your shelf life, and we will run a compatibility test with your product before you commit to a reel quantity.
In-house structural design producing cutting formes for boxes that assemble quickly by hand, close reliably and stack for shipping, with physical prototypes at every stage. We also take on graphic design for producers who have no designer, and equally happily receive finished artwork from those who do — including the technical layout, legal information, barcodes and allergen text that a brand designer frequently forgets.
